Key Accomplishments as crowley isd board member:
Revamped the public comment system for greater transparency and accessibility.
Led in the education effort to inform the community of the bond’s tenets, resulting in a successful passage of a $1.04 billion bond program.
Promoted the district’s advocacy efforts, including involvement in the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) and local advocacy groups.
Advocated for and passed increases in pay for paraprofessionals and Hero Pay for all CISD employees.
Oversaw the successful completion of mandatory training for the board and superintendent.
Promoted a student trustee program to ensure student voices are heard.
